We only work with clients whose sites we host because we are the first call when the site is down. If we host the site, we can get it back online quicker and more efficiently resulting in less downtime.

Do you guarantee my site will stay safe?
No! No one can honestly guarantee your site will be 100% safe. We guarantee that we will put all measures in place to protect your site. If anything happens, we will bring your site back to life with minimal downtime.
Can we hire you by the hour?
No – Hourly rates put price and efficiency first. We focus on results. We’ll work with you to understand your goal and build the best solution to meet that goal.

We don’t. Email is unique to every single business. Some use Google, some use Microsoft, some have complex setups.
We like to leave email to the email experts and focus on what we’re really good at, building and supporting websites.
How do I get updates made on my site?
Your team creates a ticket in your client portal and we get the work done. It’s that simple. If the update involves new development for the site, we quote the work before we start so you can make the best call for your business.
